Brandon Carr is a Videographer from the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
After completing a Diploma of Screen and Media (Film & TV) at Swinburne University in 2017, he is working closely with local bands producing retro music videos, assisting local small businesses in creating video content for their social media profiles, producing elegant real estate films and capturing memories for couples in beautiful, natural wedding films.
Brandon's video work is natural and vibrant, largely playing with natural light to achieve an atmosphere in a video.
"I love using natural light in my films because that is what captures my eye. I see the beauty in light every day and I think there's something special about capturing things the way they are naturally rather than staging things. There is a natural beauty to everything which is often overlooked. I aim to tell a story not only with the content of the video but the way it is captured. I want my videos to make you feel the way you would feel if you were there."
After a decade in the industry, Brandon found his niche in capturing the essence of a bygone era. Although he was born in the 90s, he is a passionate lover of the 70s aesthetic and rather than “being born in the wrong generation” he is here to keep the past alive.
